Project Manager – Season Tickets

As Head of Season Ticket Sales at Hammarby Fotboll, I was responsible for managing the entire sales process for both new and returning season ticket holders. I collaborated with the finance team to ensure smooth invoicing and payments, handled customer service inquiries and complaints professionally, and worked closely with the marketing and media teams to drive ticket sales. Additionally, I managed sponsor communications, coordinated reporting across departments, and trained and scheduled staff to provide excellent customer service.

Event Manager - Intersport 

In my role as Event Manager, I oversaw matchday event operations and led Intersport's Football Event Team. My responsibilities included merchandising sales, coordinating with stakeholders like CRAFT, recruiting and training event staff, managing financial records, and handling customer inquiries and operational challenges. I also scheduled staff using Quinyx and ensured smooth execution of fan engagement activities at home games.
